This blog chronicles our journey to adopt a daughter from the glorious country of India. We found Arani in May and are working hard to bring her home as soon as we can. Arani is 2 yrs old and suffers from an eye condition called "bilateral congenital nystagmus"

AIAA application
We got the "official" application from AIAA today! Woohoo! I am surprised at how many pictures I need to send though. Wow. 2 pictures of us as a family together, and one picture of each of the members of the family separately, and a picture of our house! Our house looks so small from the front. It's 2550 sq ft. though. I wish I didn't have to send a pic of my house *sigh* Also, we've realized that we will probably need $8,000 by the end of next month! Yipes! Gotta get movin' on the fundraising activities. Guess I better start out with the WAHM raffle since that's the easiest. If you know anyone who would like to donate and/or buy tickets that would be so helpful! Also there is a link to donate with Paypal if you have an extra $5 you can spare.
